Steps to access Products in Quote Settings within Revenue Cloud

 Step 1) -- > Go to  Setup and Context Definitions then Standard Definitions 

                    Extend Existing 2 Definitions 

                    1. SalesTransactionContext

                         2. ProductDiscoveryContext

Step 2) --> Go to Expression Set Templates from App launcher

                  2.1)  Open "Revenue Management Default Pricing Procedure"

                           Use "Save As" and Click "New Pricing Procedure".

                           Update "Existing Name + New Name"

                   2.2) Open "Product Discovery Pricing Procedure"

                        Use "Save As" and Click "New Pricing Procedure".

                           Update "Existing Name + New Name"

Step 3) --> Update 2 Pricing Procedures

                  Revenue Management Default Pricing Procedure SR -- > Context Definition 

                As SalesTransactionContextSR 

Product Discovery Pricing Procedure SR --> Context Definition as ProductDiscoveryContextSR 



Step 4) Go to "Salesforce Pricing Setup" from Quick find

              Select a Pricing Procedure then update "Revenue Management Default Pricing Procedure SR"




Step 5)  Go to "Product Discovery Settings" from Quick find

             5.1) Select Context Definition then update as "ProductDiscoveryContextSR"

             5.2)  Select Pricing Procedure then update as "Product Discovery Pricing Procedure SR"

Step 6)  Go to "Product Discovery Settings" from Quick find
               Disable "Use Indexed Data for Product Listing and Search"
               Disable "Select Qualification Procedure"

Step 7) Go to "Revenue Settings" from Quick find
             Update "Set Up Salesforce Pricing" as "Revenue Management Default Pricing Procedure SR"
         

 
Step 8) Now Sync  from Salesforce Pricing Setup or go to  Decision table and open 
              "Price Book Entries V2" then click "Refresh" the table
